A leak detection system always consists of a combination of at least one sensor and one alarm module. One or more sensors are linked to the alarm module.

Accessories are available that allow the leak sensors to be installed easily and in any configuration. Alarm modules always have an alarm relay built in that can be connected through to external systems.

Alarm panel Aqua Detect 2

The AQUA DETECT-2 is the ideal alarm panel if it is necessary to indicate the location of the leak. The read-out display indicates the location of the leak. This module can be used with all TraceTek leak detection cables or leak detection probes. Two different circuits can be connected to the panel, with a maximum cable length of 150 metres or 10 leak detection probes. The AQUA DETECT-2 can be integrated seamlessly with any BMS system by reading the inside relay contacts.

Fast Fuel Senor (indoor installation) – TT-FFS

The TraceTek Fast Fuel Sensor (TT-FFS) has been developed to alert to even the smallest leaks of hydrocarbon fuels. This sensor has a reaction time of just a few seconds for light or middle weight fuels such as gasoline, jet fuel, and diesel. The sensor will reset when the probe is removed from contact with the spill and the fuel is allowed to evaporate. The sensor may be used repeatedly without replacement until it will no longer reset. Leak detection CA-PROBE

Robust metal probe, for the detection of aqueous liquids. Ideally suited for systems where leak detection cables are not suitable due to a high probability of dirt or damage to the cable, for example in machine rooms or damp basements. The probes are placed in series, one after the other, and are always connected to an alarm module. The use of detection probes allows the monitoring for leaks in areas where sensing cables would be difficult to install, either because of the  harsh operating environment in which detection is required, or the impracticality of installing lengths of sensor cable in vulnerable areas.

The cable is designed for a range of applications, including data center sub-floors and telecommunication rooms. Installed with an LDM alarm and locating module, the cable senses water intrusion, triggers an alarm, and pin-points the location. TT1000 sensing cable is supplied with factory-installed plastic connectors that plug together. This leak detection is a solid cable as to avoid the ingress of dirt. Leak detection cable TT1100-OHP

TT1100-OHP is a distributed sensor that can be attached to the bottom of suspended piping with nylon tie–wraps. It detects the presence of water at any point along its length. There is no need for a drip tray to bring water into contact with the sensor cable. TT1100–OHP is supplied with an absorptive synthetic fibre braid designed to wick water along the cable. The fibre is selected to be rapid drying so that once the leak is located and repaired, the cable will quickly dry and be ready for re-use. These polymer sensors TT-3000 were developed to detect and locate leakage of light water-soluble acids or bases. The cable is available in a varierty of lengths to provide as much coverage as needed. Leak detection cable TT5000

The TT-5000 cable was developed to detect hydrocarbons (fuels) and to determine the location of the leak. The sensor cable will not respond to water, only to a fuel leak. It is placed around or below tanks and on pipes. The response time depends on the type of fuel, but in the region of about ten minutes (for faster sensors, see the FFS-sensor). The sensor material is made entirely of a polymer to prevent corrosion or errors caused by dirt. Its round profile makes it easy to mount to or between any pipe. This leak detection cable was developed to detect concentraded acids. The cable is designed for demanding indoor or outdoor environments. Two of the wires are acid sensitive electrodes that are jacketed with a protective coating material that provides a water resistant. Therefore the cable will not react on water. Leak detection on double-walled pipes

The location of the leak is indicated and any damage or leak in the pipe system is immediately reported. Robust stainless steel leak detection probe, designed for the separate detection of conductive liquids (e.g. water, glycol, ...) and non-conductive liquids (e.g. fuel, oil, ...). This probe is designed to operate on its own, without other alarm control panels: it is equipped with two switching contacts (for leaks of conductive and non-conductive liquid), each with a potential-free, normally open and normally closed contact. A green, orange or red LED on the probe lights up to indicate the type of leak. This probe is perfectly suited as an autonomous detection for technical rooms, wells or rooms with fuel tanks. Pressure leak detection systems

Sub Alarm Panel RBU

Additional siren module has been developed to be used with SIM modules that have no integrated buzzer. They have the same shape and dimensions as the SIM modules and can be mounted on a DIN rail. The buzzer unit has a push-button to stop the audible alarm when a leak has been detected. The unit has 2 potential free contacts for connection to external systems (one mostly used for connection to BMS).

Very simple alarm module on 24V DC voltage, wich is only used in combination with a FFS sensor, offers a simple and reliable option for liquid leak detection. It is designed for use with any TraceTek sensing cable, and can be integrated into a variety of monitoring systems. The TTC module includes three sets of relay contacts which can be used for remote annunciation and equipment control. A remote annunciation device is available. Designed for less complex situations, where a single piece of TraceTek sensing cable or a small number of probes or optical oil sensors are required. Ideally suited to monitoring for leaks around individual air-conditioning or air-handling units, water-cooled machinery, tanks, pumps, sumps, lift pits, generators or other locations. The 12” full color, high resolution SVGA display is complimented with an industrial quality touch screen for user interaction and control. The TT-TS12-E collects data from a network of Tracetek Senor Interface Modules or wireless Mesh Transmitters. The status of all leak detection cables and probes is displayed in a top level summary and the current details of any selected channel are displayed at a single touch. Vacuum leak detection systems

Cadis supplies leak detector systems based  on the vacuum principle. The systems can be used for water-endangering liquids regarding approved listing, with a flash point > 55°C. An integrated vacuum pump evacuates air from the interstitial space and keeps this space in a under pressure condition. This system is applicable for double-walled bottoms, or flat base tanks.
